Owner/Instructor Marcie Baldwin brings with her a lifetime of surfing experience. She was a both an East Coast Surfing and United States Surfing Champion. Her love for the ocean pushed her to pursue her Captain's license where after, she spent numerous years sailing worldwide on charter and racing boats. Her experience has given her an extensive knowledge in oceanic forecasting and conditions. Marcie also has a B.A. in History from the University of North Florida and has been teaching surfing the past fifteen years.

Marcie hires all instructors within Surfin' NSB LLC and has a minimum requirement of at least 15 years of surfing experience prior to instructing. Surfin' NSB LLC will never hire an instructor without a proven surfing ability and past teaching experience.
